Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is an Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Since her teenage years, Rosalia Vila has been involved in popular music and flamenco. Her music also strays into various genres, including hip-hop soul and Trap. Pepe Habichuela has described her vocals as being smooth, elegant and sharp while also having a bit of bite. El Mal Querer was her big commercial and critical hit in the year 2018. The single Los Angeles garnered her attention as well as a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist and it was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she was awarded a Grammy. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami was her third full-length album. The album featured songs written in collaboration with other artists and producers, including Cory Henry. The set was released in the month of March 2022, following a performance of the song Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia did her solo performance for the first time ever on the program. Motomami was the only woman in history to be the winner of the Latin Album of the Year twice, as well as three Latin Grammy Awards.
